At our Mommy Staycation Retreat, 23 amazing moms came together for a weekend of rest, healing, and sisterhood. What started there didn’t end when the retreat did, these moms now meet monthly in a safe, supportive space where they can share, breathe, and heal together. Each support group gathering costs about $200 to host, covering facilitation, resources, and wellness activities. Your gift will help ensure we can keep these sessions going so the peace they found isn’t temporary. My goal is $300 — together, we can keep holding space for the women who pour so much into everyone else.

At Girl, Get Up Society, we help girls and women in South Carolina connect their mental health to a greater state of hope, healing, and happiness in their lives by ensuring they have access to mental healthcare and the support services they need. While we champion the wellbeing of all girls and women, we primarily address the needs of black girls and women.
