I am Christine and I am the president of the Columbia Choral Society. I joined in January 2020 just before COVID hit. We were nearly done refining our major work for the spring concert when the world shut down. We tried our hand at virtual rehearsals and slowly reemerged as a full choir. I was featured as a soloist in our first major work after COVID in the fall of 2021 featuring the Aiken County Symphony Orchestra. 

It has been an honor serving this wonderful group of singers. Each one is passionate about making wonderful music for our community and ensuring the next generation of singers are well trained through the Guthrie Darr Scholarship. Their dedication to musical greatness is unmatched. I am a board member of this organization, and I am challenging my fellow  board members, former board members, and friends to help us continue being able to provide music to our community as we have done for the past 95 years!
