Happy Wheels has been such a bright light to us and Ruthie in the last year that we have been visiting MUSC Shawn Jenkins! As hard as our hospital stay was for bone marrow transplant, Thursday's were the highlight of the week! Ruthie always looked forward to a surprise or a book and to see the smiles of the sweet volunteers. After we were discharged, clinic visits weren't too miserable because we looked forward to seeing our happy wheels friends and Ruthie was excited for her "surprise!" We are so thankful for what happy wheels means to us and our fellow 10th floor families!
