Support Public Health Equity at Able SC! Your continued support is vital to the success of our public health efforts at Able SC. Here’s just a snapshot of what we've accomplished over the past 18 months: 58 training sessions delivered to over 2,090 participants, including healthcare providers, emergency responders, public health professionals, university staff, and community advocates. These sessions covered critical topics such as vaccine equity, disability culture, emergency preparedness, healthcare access, and advocacy for people with disabilities. 50 outreach events reaching approximately 4,770 individuals, where we also provided 195 vaccinations at fully accessible locations. 134 coalition meetings and community gatherings with nearly 3,425 participants, advancing collaboration in public health, disability inclusion, mental health, and emergency preparedness.
