The toys and books on the Happy Wheels cart bring smiles to all of the children in the hospital at Prisma in Greenville, Columbia, and MUSC/Charleston. From precious children recovering from small injuries and illnesses to brave little warriors battling childhood cancer. Happy Wheels is all the good feels, it makes a difference for these children and their parents as they watch joy in their children's eyes.
