As a volunteer-only, nonprofit rescue organization based in South Carolina, HBPR relies 100% on donations and community support to continue our life-saving work. Each year, we rescue stray, homeless, and abandoned dogs, many of whom have been neglected or face euthanasia. Our mission is simple but powerful: To ensure every dog we rescue finds a secure, loving home where they are treated as valued family members.
