Sammy Strong for Happy Wheels!

Sammy was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in April 2023. Throughout his 2.5 years of treatment, he underwent months of chemotherapy and over a dozen surgeries, resulting in an incredible number of hospital admissions. During those hospital stays, we met Happy Wheels. They provided Sammy with numerous amounts of board games, toys, books, and more. Sometimes Sammy chose an item for himself, but many times he thought about his younger brother and chose the item for him instead. Happy Wheels brought joy during times of fear, exhaustion, stress, and uncertainty. Hospital stays for children are scary, but Happy Wheels brings a bit of light in times of darkness. Our family is incredibly thankful to this organization.
