The Recreation Scholarship funds help those in need of financial assistance to be able to participate in recreational programs. (This includes afterschool, athletics and summer camp.)
This money, based on certain qualifications, would allow children/seniors the opportunity to participate in programs, field trips, and activities they would otherwise be unable to afford.
