Testimonials

Our first Richland County Recreation Foundation After-school scholarship was awarded to a young man recovering from heart surgery. Understanding the family's hardship with medical bills, we provided a full scholarship to a Richland County Recreation Commission After-school program for the entire school year. The family was deeply thankful for the support. RCRF is proud to put the "Community First" and demonstrate this commitment through scholarships that make a meaningful impact.
