At Girl, Get Up Society, we help girls and women in South Carolina connect their mental health to a greater state of hope, healing, and happiness in their lives by ensuring they have access to mental healthcare and the support services they need. While we champion the wellbeing of all girls and women, we primarily address the needs of black girls and women.

Girl, Grow - Individual and group therapy for sisters facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Girl, Live - Curated wellness boxes with self-care products and mental health resources that encourage her to put herself first.

Girl, Smile - Random acts of kindness and affirmations that can brighten a sister's day.

Girl, Boss - Professional development resources, career counseling, educational guidance and other services to help our sisters excel.

Girl, Power - Teen program designed to help girls 13-17 see their value, learn how to take care of their mental health, and navigate social pressures.
