About The B Strong Group

The B Strong Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, advocating, and empowering individuals and families impacted by sickle cell disease.

Founded by caregivers in honor of their son, our work is rooted in lived experience and driven by a deep commitment to ensuring that no family has to navigate this journey alone. We understand the challenges, the questions, and the emotional weight that comes with caring for someone with sickle cell disease—and we exist to provide support, connection, and trusted information every step of the way.

Through educational programs, community outreach, support initiatives, and meaningful conversations, we equip caregivers and patients with the tools and confidence to advocate for themselves and their loved ones. We also work to raise awareness within the broader community, helping others better understand sickle cell disease and the real impact it has on families.

A critical part of our mission is promoting the importance of consistent blood donation. Through blood drives and community engagement, we are building a dedicated network of donors who are committed to helping save and sustain lives.
