The Contact Center connects South Carolinians to essential quality‑of‑life services through compassionate, one‑on‑one phone support. Trained agents help callers apply for Medicaid, SNAP, Welvista, Long‑Term Care, and other vital programs—often addressing multiple needs in a single call.

Donations help strengthen this work by supporting the agents, technology, and resources needed to reduce wait times and reach people facing barriers such as distance, mobility challenges, or limited access to services
