Do Justice. MORE Justice.

So many of us want to see change, but we don't know where to start. We care, but we don't know what to do. 

MORE Justice exists as a diverse coalition of faith communities across the Midlands who take seriously our call to do justice. We equip and empower congregations to not only believe in justice but to DO justice. We listen to our community members about the problems that exist, we listen to experts to research solutions, and we build people power to hold local leaders and public officials in power accountable for unjust systems and practices that keep our neighbors from flourishing. 

When South Carolina's eviction rate is more than double the national average; when a quarter of Richland County homeowners and half of renters are spending more than 30% of their household income on housing; when the 29203 and 29204 zip codes have only four stores to feed over 60,000 people — justice cannot wait. 

I have seen so much change in just three justice cycles since being part of this nonprofit. I believe in our mission so much, I serve as a team leader and on the executive board. We are solving community problems, but we are also building a network of organized community members who count on each other and take action together. With your contribution to MORE Justice, we can enact tangible solutions that go upstream to create lasting, systemic solutions that make the Midlands a more just place to live — for ALL who call it home.
