Fifteen years ago, I came to a place many people call “rock bottom,” though even that phrase does not fully capture the depth of my brokenness. I was addicted to prescription pain medication, and the consequences touched every part of my life—my marriage ended in divorce, I lost my job, relationships were shattered, including with my oldest daughter, and I found myself far from God.

Mentally, physically, and spiritually, I was undone.

Yet in that place of despair, God met me with mercy. He provided a path to healing through a long-term Christian discipleship ministry, and that experience changed the course of my life. In time, God gave me the vision for Reconciliation Ministries, where I now serve as Founder and Executive Director.

I know firsthand that addiction destroys, but I also know that Jesus redeems and restores.

When people ask why I am willing to stand in the trenches with men fighting addiction, battling for their families, and learning to trust God with their future, my answer is simple: someone did it for me.

Today, I am asking you to prayerfully consider doing the same for another man. Will you stand with me by generously supporting Reconciliation Ministries? Imagine the impact your gift could have in helping forge addicts into godly men.
