Funds raised through Midlands Gives will be used for firefighter scholarships as well as support for firefighters and their families in crisis.
The Funds will also provide professional and leadership training for firefighters to further their careers.
In addition, compassionate and professional support for firefighters' families in the event of a line of duty death may be funded.

Testimonials

The Foundation helped provide and install home fire sprinklers for Mrs. Tessie Smith, a volunteer firefighter who lost her leg in an accident while working as a Med Tech with EMS. A handicapped accessible home was built through the leadership of local firefighters in the Florence area. Due to Mrs. Smith's limited mobility, the Foundation provide the sprinklers to give her and her family more time to evacuate in the event of a fire.
