Prize Guidelines
  • Prizes are awarded to the nonprofit, not the donor.
  • Prize money does not count toward matches.
  • Organizations must receive at least 10 gifts between April 1 and May 5 to be eligible to win a prize. Exceptions: Central Carolina Community Foundation Elected Officials Challenge Prize, Central Carolina Community Foundation Block Party Trivia Prize.
  • Organizations may not win more than one prize. Exceptions: Central Carolina Community Foundation Block Party Trivia Prize
  • Some Donor Advised Fund donations and manual entry donations will not qualify for prizes.
  • Community Funds at Central Carolina Community Foundation offer matching gifts to benefit organizations in the specific geographic regions they serve. Eligibility of the regional matches is based on the physical address submitted by the nonprofit organization during the registration process and approved by the Community Fund Board.
  • If a prize cannot be awarded based on the prize criteria and eligibility requirements, Central Carolina Community Foundation reserves the right to expand the criteria and eligibility to award the prize.
