New nonprofits may register for the Midlands Gives platform year-round; however, several important dates should be noted. The registration process takes approximately 30 days to complete. Registration will be paused from March 2, 2026, through May 31, 2026, in preparation for Midlands Gives Day 2026. Nonprofits that have not completed a registration form by March 1, 2026 will not be eligible to participate in Midlands Gives Day 2026. Registration will resume on June 1, 2026.

Early Giving: April 1 - May 4, 2026
Midlands Gives Day 2026: May 5, 2026
Black Philanthropy Month: August 1 - August 31, 2026
Giving Tuesday: December 1, 2026
