From November through December 31, donors often choose to give during the final weeks of the year to help nonprofits meet immediate needs and start the new year strong. These gifts provide critical resources to organizations serving our community across the Midlands.
Giving at year’s end is easy and flexible through a variety of options, including online donations, donor-advised funds, and other charitable vehicles. Gifts made by December 31 may also be eligible for tax benefits, making year-end giving a meaningful way to create impact today while maximizing your philanthropy.
How to donate and support nonprofits
There are several easy ways to make a year-end gift and support the causes you care about. Many donors choose to give online through MidlandsGives.org with a one-time donation, making it quick and convenient to support local nonprofits before December 31.
You can also give through a donor-advised fund by recommending a grant to the organizations you want to support. However you choose to give, your year-end gift helps strengthen our community and make a lasting impact as the new year begins.
