Each August, Central Carolina Community Foundation and the African American Philanthropy Committee celebrate Black Philanthropy Month, highlighting the generosity, leadership, and lasting impact of philanthropy in communities across our 11-county service area. In the Midlands, community changemakers, philanthropists, and nonprofit organizations, including Black-Led Black-Benefitting organizations, are creating meaningful change through giving, service, and a shared commitment to building stronger communities.
