The mission of Blackjack Baptist Church is to improve the health and well-being of individuals and promote the sanctity and preservation of life in the communities we serve. Blackjack Baptist Church is a faith-based organization guided by the spirit of Jesus Christ with a vison and purpose to be servants to others. The church has been historically listed since 1820. It has always stood and still exist as a pillar and historical foundation of Fairfield County

Blackjack has been and still exists since 1820, as a pillar in Fairfield County. We always seek to show God's love and infinite power by our service to others. Our mission is built on our vision which is service before self. We have many programs that have served as examples of our vision.

With the help of the above initiatives we are able to touch many lives. We hope to show ourselves as a beacon of hope to those in need. With God's help and direction, we focus on the needs of others and do what we can to accommodate instead of judge.

Testimonials

Statistically, Fairfield County residents have benefitted in many ways because of our initiatives. Some highlights of our ministry include:

County Youth Explosion - 150 youth in attendance, representing 13 congregations county-wide
Medicine Ministry - 104 unique recipients received medications that they could not afford through Hawthorne Pharmacy and 64 individuals received free office visit to a provider for primary care
Food Distribution - 500 families each distribution day (4 different distribution days of nonperishable food boxes)
PPE Supplies - 500 recipients each distribution day (5 different distributions of sanitizer, antibacterial soap, masks, gloves, Lysol, Microban spray, etc.)
