Vision by Design

The Mission of Vision by Design is to operate exclusively for/to help the community through providing access to and sustain food for households, provide guidance and referrals for housing assistance and home repairs, engage with our seniors to promote longevity and fruitful lives in their senior years and conduct community improvement opportunities.

Vision by Design has launched several community programs. These programs include Sassy Senior Sanctuary, Positive Produce Promotions, Housing Preservation, Small Business Center, Meals on Wheels and Clarendon County Food Bank. The residents of Clarendon County have had the opportunity to participate in the programs.
The Sassy Seniors Sanctuary provides a safe space for seniors to enjoy food, fun and fellowship in 2 Clarendon County locations. The Positive Produce Promotions promotes healthy eating through free distribution of SC home grown meats, fruits and vegetables. Housing Preservation is a program to assist with basic home repairs. The Small Business Center provides technical assistance to Clarendon County residents who would like to start a business in Clarendon County. Free business classes are offered with instructions to operate a business. Our Meals on Wheels program provides meal delivery to Medicaid clients who are homebound. Lastly, the Clarendon County Food Bank offers Clarendon and Sumter County residents the opportunity to receive a monthly food donation. This giveaway provides 5 meals for their families and saves a few dollars.
