Team Landolph exists to empower educators and students to lead solution-driven initiatives that address real-world challenges. 

Through collaborative community partnerships, innovative learning experiences, and hands-on projects, we equip the next generation with the tools, confidence, and compassion to create lasting impact where they live, learn, and lead.

Team Landolph partners with schools to launch Impact Teams. These teacher-facilitated, student-led groups are designed and implemented to meet real needs in their communities. From environmental efforts to kindness campaigns, students gain skills in leadership, communication, and collaboration that extend far beyond the classroom. 

Our approach builds student, family, and community engagement while teaching powerful 21st century skills such a s compassion, creative problem solving, design thinking, and teamwork.
