Take Flight Project

Assist individuals 18 years and older in the Columbia, SC area in obtaining their first passport, empowering them to travel and embark on a journey of a lifetime!

We have announced forty Take Flight Project Passport scholarship recipients since March 2019. Of those recipients, thirty-eight have their US Passport in their hands.

A recent change is that applicants with an active international payment or at least a deposit are now more likely to be accepted as passport scholarship recipients.

Take Flight Project Co-Founders & board members are available to talk to schools, organizations, and businesses for Passport Fairs/Study Abroad Events.

Take Flight Project has also donated to other causes that assist Middle, High School, and College students with their monetary needs to travel abroad.
