The Rose Leaf Foundation is dedicated to empowering young individuals in South Carolina to thrive. Our mission is to support youth who have aged out of foster care and those in kinship care, referred by SC Kindred Hearts, helping them become self-sustaining, productive, and purpose-driven citizens.

Through innovative programs like Well-being Starts with Me!!, Independent Living, and the Youth Thrive for Youth Program, we provide essential resources, virtual training, and mentoring to prepare youth for the challenges of adulthood. From life skills development to housing and education assistance, we are committed to fostering independence and resilience.
