Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center

The Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center (OCFAC) is committed, as a resource, to provide inspiring art and arts education experiences, support area artists and to actively promote cultural enrichment for all the citizens of Orangeburg County.

Contributions from Midlands Gives will allow us to continue and expand art and performance classes for children, adult arts and craft classes and workshops, visual arts exhibitions and artist's receptions, performances, book signings, discussions, lectures and symposia on current topics and relevant historical events, including that enlighten, entertain and inspire thoughtful reflection and encourage further exploration .

The Orangeburg County Fine Arts Center (OCFAC) continues to host exhibitions, bringing attention to area artists and introducing up-and-coming artists. Arts and craft classes and workshops are regularly offered. The Arts Center's previous artists in residence demonstrated the uses of indigo in fabric dying. Our current artist in residence holds pottery workshops. Summer art classes offer scholarships for deserving youth. We visit area schools to teach art. We are Arts in Orangeburg County!
