Impaired Driving Ends Here. Through support of high visibility enforcement, pushing for stronger DUI laws, and advocating for the implementation of technology that will make cars too smart for drunk drivers to operate them, we will achieve this one day--and sooner than most people would think. In the meantime, we will support any victim/survivor affected by a drunk or drugged driving crash with a combination of emotional support, advocacy in the criminal justice process, referrals to needed community resources including crime victims compensation funds, and participation in our victim tribute events like our annual Hope & Remembrance Vigil and Walk Like MADD events. We also are trying to prevent tomorrow's drunk drivers by educating teens about the importance of delaying alcohol use and giving parents resources to empower them to have effective conversations with their teens about underage drinking.
