Founded in 2002 to honor Leeza’s mother’s journey with Alzheimer’s, our work has grown into a national network of support for caregivers and families navigating health crises. We offer free programs and resources, including personalized guidance, support groups, education, and respite opportunities, ensuring caregivers have the support they need to care for their loved ones and themselves.
