Leeza's Care Connection supports caregivers of loved ones with dementia illnesses, like Alzheimer's, with education, self-care, and wellness activities for free. Our monthly programs include the following: - Over 20 Monthly Caregiver Support Groups - Weekly Educational Seminars and Workshops - Wellness and Energy Programs - One-on-one caregiver/family consultations - Weekly Respite Care program -Peer-to-Peer Mentor Program

When chronic illness turns life upside down, Leeza's Care Connection is an essential first step for those navigating Alzheimer's and other chronic diseases. We are committed to providing compassionate support to individuals and families in need. When challenges seem overwhelming, we equip caregivers and their loved ones with the tools and resources to walk their journey confidently.

Established by Leeza Gibbons in 2002 to honor her mother's brave fight against Alzheimer's, the Leeza Gibbons Memory Foundation is dedicated to making a difference and offering the compassionate support Leeza wished she had during her own journey.

We offer complimentary resources tailored for caregivers and families, creating a network of hope and strength. By connecting caregivers and providing access to essential community resources, we ensure better outcomes for both care recipients and their caregivers, enhancing resilience and well-being.

Community-focused initiatives like LCC are vital for improving the well-being of dementia caregivers. Research shows that local caregiver support groups and respite programs are crucial resources. Your donation helps us offer these supports for free!
