Joseph H. Neal Health Collaborative is a nonprofit organization that provides HIV/STIs/ HEP C/ Syphilis health screening and treatment. We provide access to PrEP and PEP medication for preventive care. We specialize in providing referrals for medical, dental, mental, and social services. We are committed to offering quality, safe and accessible healthcare experiences to all people in the community regardless of their race, sex, class, sexual or gender identity or other cultural distinctions.
