Joseph H. Neal Health Collaborative is a nonprofit organization that provides HIV/STIs/ HEP C/ Syphilis health screening and treatment. We provide access to PrEP and PEP medication for preventive care. We specialize in providing referrals for medical, dental, mental, and social services.
