Helping Hearts Senior Services, Inc.

The mission of Helping Hearts is to demonstrate that "love serves" in a caring environment where activities and services are designed to meet the need of senior adults to engage in social interaction, to help improve and maintain seniors' health and wellness, and to enhance the overall quality of life for seniors in our community.

Helping Hearts Senior Services, Inc. is a small, 501(c)3, non-profit organization. It was founded in 2018 and established to provide a menu of services to meet the needs of elderly citizens living in the Liberty Hill/Beaver Creek community and surrounding areas of Kershaw County, South Carolina. Through a partnership with the St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Helping Hearts delivers services located at 3238 John G. Richards Road in Liberty Hill, SC. Through a partnership with United Way of Kershaw County, we operate a Food Pantry and Community Garden. Additional services and activities include social engagement, health and wellness education, nutritious meals and other assistance to enhance the quality of life for Seniors and their families. We currently have approximately 60 seniors benefitting from the services offered by the organization. Services are provided by volunteers who willingly offer their time to meet the needs of our participants.
