The mission of Hammond School is to instill in students a commitment to academic excellence and recognition of individual potential that will contribute to the development of their characters.

You have to think ahead. That's what we teach at Hammond. We're an independent PreK-12th grade private school designed to engage students in and out of the classroom, whether that means in a science lab, an art studio, or on a soccer field. We also place a premium on experiential opportunities that connect students to the world in new and unique ways. We are future-focused because, we believe, our students are the future.
