Conservation Voters of South Carolina Education Fund

CVSC Education Fund is committed to expanding the participation of conservation-minded South Carolinians in state and local public policy decisions that impact our environment and natural resources. Through educational resources and regional initiatives, we connect communities across the state to help safeguard South Carolina’s air, land, and water.

For more than 20 years, CVSCEF has mobilized a collective commitment to protect the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the treasured landscapes that define South Carolina, because the health of our communities and our future generations depend on it.

Today, we’re building the next generation of conservation leaders through the Palmetto Leadership Academy (PLA), training and mentoring community members to serve on local boards and commissions and champion the protection of South Carolina's rich environment.

Through the PLA program, participants receive hands-on training to prepare them for appointments into leadership roles. We’re not just teaching skills; we’re fostering conservation leadership that will benefit our state for years to come.
