Child Evangelism Fellowship is a Bible-centered interdenominational, worldwide organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose and mission is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God, and establish them in a Bible-believing church for Christian living.

CEF Columbia-Midlands shares the Gospel with thousands of children ages 5-12 each year through After School Good News Clubs and 5-Day Clubs. The After School Good News Clubs are conducted by volunteers from local churches (maybe even yours) who partner with us. The churches also provide support to the elementary schools by providing backpacks, school supplies, participation in beautification projects and other ways the school feels the church can be of assistance. Currently we are in 69 elementary schools in our five-county district. We serve Aiken, Fairfield, Lexington, Newberry, and Richland counties. 5-Day Clubs are taught by trained youth ages 14-college who participate in our Christian Youth In Action (CYIA) program during June and July.

Testimonials

"I don't know what you're teaching in the Good News Club, but it's working! My children come home talking about God, sin, and Jesus. We go to church, but my children have never heard these truths explained this way before in a way they can articulate." -Parent

"Thank you so much for adopting our school. Our students really need positive role models." -Principal

"We are just thrilled to be a part of the Good News Club." -Pastor
