Brown Girls of Tomorrow empowers middle and high school girls from underserved communities by providing the tools and support they need to build confidence, embrace their purpose, and pursue their dreams. Our programs focus on mentorship, mental health, leadership, career readiness, and self-awareness to ensure every girl thrives.

Our Impact

We create opportunities for girls to succeed through:

Mentorship & Leadership: Monthly group sessions and one-on-one coaching that build confidence and leadership skills.

Mental Health Support: Access to counselors, workshops, and peer support to promote emotional well-being.

Career Readiness: Resume building, mock interviews, and career exploration to prepare for future opportunities.

Personal Growth: Self-love initiatives and activities that encourage self-awareness and confidence.

Community Support: Plans to provide a clothing and food closet, school supplies, and digital resources.

We've hosted over 6 workshops focused on mental health, self-awareness, and career development, providing a safe space for girls to learn and grow. Beyond mentorship, we've supported over 60 families with clothing, school supplies, and food. As we grow, our goal is to establish a permanent space or mobile classroom to offer more resources, from career prep to technology access, empowering more girls to step into their greatness.
