Turn90

Turn90 is a nonprofit employment social enterprise that combines job training, supportive services, and peer mentorship to create a pathway to success after prison.

We make a deep investment in each man who walks through our doors, going far beyond typical reentry services that focus on only emergency needs. Using an evidence-informed approach, Turn90 is a four-month program that combines individualized support, access to immediate employment and a paycheck, with daily classes to help people develop new thinking, coping, and problem-solving skills to manage life differently.

Turn90's Intervention Model

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL CLASSES
Daily cognitive behavioral classes to teach new ways of thinking and alter behaviors supportive of criminal lifestyles

TRANSITIONAL WORK
Transitional employment in the Turn90 Print Shop to learn critical job skills and practice new thinking in a safe workplace environment

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
Weekly case management sessions to address individual barriers like identification, housing, food instability, and transportation

JOB PLACEMENT
Placement into a permanent job with a competitive wage, benefits, opportunities for growth
