Ministry leaders and their families face unique pressures and great challenges. Discouraged, worn by conflict, running on empty, filled with doubt, and burned out, these servants desperately need help and support. We are here to journey with them as we turn to the Scriptures for hope and help.

We believe that the local church is the foundation for continued spiritual growth and biblical transformation. One of the goals of SICM is to come alongside and strengthen church leaders in need.

Whether it is a discouraged pastor, an isolated missionary, or another ministry leader in need, there will be times when a spiritual "emergency room" is needed. This is especially helpful for those needing confidentiality and intensive, personal counseling over a period of several days. Sometimes, the needs are deeper and merit a separation from distractions for a few days of urgent attention. We see this with issues such as grief, depression, family conflict, or marital crises. God has provided SICM with a 50 acre property to host these ministry leaders in affordable and quiet settings where they can receive counsel and enjoy the beauty around them.
