South Carolina Philharmonic
About this Organization
An independent 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, the South Carolina Philharmonic performs and promotes high-quality, professional symphonic music, serving the community's needs for cultural development and education, entertainment and tourism since 1964.
In addition to the Capital Concerts and pop series at the Koger Center, and new chamber series "Andy and Friends" at Satterlee Hall, the SCP enriched the lives of over 70,000 people through education and outreach programs during the 2023-2024 season and will perform at least 70 concerts during the 2024-2025 season. These programs include our performances in health and assisted living facilities, enrichment in prisons, community centers and private establishments, and programs for special education students and youth at risk of violence. Help us reach our goal to continue offering world-class music to the Midlands!
