Fairfield Behavioral Health Services is a non-profit outpatient behavioral health treatment facility specializing in substance use prevention, confidential treatment and recovery services for adolescents and adults. Designated as the sole county authority in Fairfield County, the agency is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities for outpatient treatment and prevention/diversion for alcohol, tobacco and other drugs/addictions for children, adolescents, and adults. We are a contractual provider for the SC Department of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, FBHS is also licensed by the SC DPH and is affiliated with the Behavioral Health Services Association of SC. The Prevention services meet the needs of special populations by conducting needs assessments to determine the risk and area of focus. Several evidence-based prevention programs are implemented for students as well as activities and presentations in public, charter and private schools. Programs such as Life Skills, Tobacco Education, Prime for Life, etc. Addiction is a disease! The Treatment services meet the needs of individuals by completing a thorough assessment.
