Percy's Angelic Cat Rescue

Percy's Angelic Cat Rescue (PACR) is dedicated to cats and kittens in need - homeless, abandoned, or in shelters. We support Midlands, SC residents needing help with their cats. By collaborating with local shelters, rescue groups, businesses, and communities, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of rescue work and education. Our goal is to create a better future for cats through these efforts, ultimately improving the community welfare of felines as a whole.

We believe in the power of public education and community partnerships. Through these efforts, we strive to create a compassionate community.
Our approach involves home-fostering cats and kittens, during which we provide essential veterinary services, including spay/neuter surgeries, medical care, immunizations, and microchipping. Our goal is to socialize these cats and manage their adoption placement into responsible, indoor homes.
In addition to our rescue and foster work, we support established colonies of community cats by providing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) services and operating a "Barn Cat" placement program for outdoor cats.
