Patter Pets works to ensure a more pet friendly and responsible community by providing resources to families and their pet(s) in crisis. Our mission is to provide stability for a family's pet(s) in a moment of crisis to ensure that the family pet(s) receive the care and supplies they need without putting undue burden on the families that love them but can't provide daily care in the moment.

Patter Pets' has set-up a fund to assist families with emergency veterinary costs through generous donations and sales from our thrift store. Often families are faced with the decision of Euthanization because they cannot afford the emergency costs of saving their pet. A donation to this fund will help us to save lives of the pets that are loved by their families.

Additionally, Patter offers assistance for pets of displaced or disadvantaged families, including victims of domestic violence seeking shelter, and families that are homeless. We accomplish our mission by providing stability for the family pet(s) experiencing a crisis, which ensures that the family pet(s) receive the care and supplies they need without putting undue burden on the families that love them but can't provide daily care at the time.

Testimonials

Through Patter's fund we have helped treat dogs for heart worms, helped pups with broken bones, funded vet care for pets that were found by good Samaritans and assisted with food and medication. These pets were given a chance to live a out their days in homes loved by family. The gratitude that a pet owner expresses when they know that their pet can receive the life saving medical treatment they need is so rewarding.
