Testimonials

My relationship with MEBA goes back more than a decade. I have served in multiple CTE, WBL, and School Administrator roles, all of which require partnership and collaboration. Through MEBA, I have forged strategic partnerships that have served my school and students in life-changing ways. A few examples of MEBA Initiatives from which Spring Valley students directly benefit include:
• Interview with Industry in which we partner with companies like TRANE Technologies and Michelin. As a result, a number of Spring Valley graduates are currently employed in full time careers with both of these companies.
• The Building Your Career series is an invaluable resource that allows the career development team at Spring Valley to do in-depth college and career preparation as students endeavor to engage in internships, apprenticeships and full time careers upon graduation.
• The Be a Part of series is an additional MEBA resource that is used to educate students and parents about the myriad of available careers within the 16 career clusters and allows them to explore these careers as they progress through high school.

If I had to develop a slogan for MEBA, it would be: "MEBA: Investing Today to Empower Tomorrow".

- Schiria Wilson, WBL/CTE Administrator, Spring Valley High School

"Sylvamo Corporation strives to be a force for good in our communities, and we are delighted to play a role in helping fund the MEBA STEM program. Our continued partnership with MEBA directly connects our facility to promising students," said Megan Inman, Communications Manager at Sylvamo Corporation's Eastover Mill.
