The Magnolia Drifters Womxn’s Rugby Team is more than just a sports club—we are a dedicated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to fostering a culture of athletic excellence, radical inclusivity, and community service.

As an inclusive team, we believe that the strength of our scrum is found in our diversity. We provide a safe, competitive, and supportive environment for players of all backgrounds and gender identities, united by a shared passion for the game and a commitment to one another.

Our Impact Beyond the Pitch

We believe that being a teammate means showing up for our neighbors. The Magnolia Drifters take pride in "giving back" through consistent volunteer work across South Carolina. Our efforts to build a stronger, cleaner, and more equitable community include:

• Environmental Stewardship: Getting our hands dirty with hands-on yard work for those in need and participating in the Gills Creek Clean-Up to protect our local waterways.

• LGBTQ+ Advocacy: Actively supporting Pride events and volunteering for local queer youth initiatives to ensure the next generation has a safe space to thrive.

• Social Support: Organizing and facilitating donation drives for local homeless shelters to provide essential goods to our neighbors in transition.

• Animal Welfare: Offering our time and labor to support animal rescue and welfare organizations, because every member of our community—on four legs or two—deserves care.
