First Presbyterian Church Counseling Center, Inc.

The First Presbyterian Church Christian Counseling Center exists as an integral part of the ministry and mission of the church. The Center has the unique role in assisting the church by providing Biblically based clinical counseling and preventative services in order to build vibrant lives and strong families. The ministry of the Center is available to members of the church as well as to all who seek personal and relational wholeness.

The Christian Counseling Center was established in 1997 through the vision of First Presbyterian Church of Columbia, South Carolina to serve both the church and the community as a theologically-based counseling center. Over the past 27 years, the Christian Counseling Center has served thousands of clients across the greater Columbia area. In 2023 alone, over 17,000 clients received counseling services.
