These impacts can help develop young people into better citizens overall, and better leaders for the future.
For eligible 15-18-year-old students we are excited to announce our PAID Workforce Preparation and Apprenticeship Experience. Students between the ages of 15-18, who currently have at least a 2.0 G.P.A., are trained and participate in a 10-Week Apprenticeship Experience. This amazing program is scheduled to operate forty (40) weeks out of a calendar year, four (4) 10-week apprenticeship terms around the Richland, Lexington, Blythewood and Surrounding Counties. The students gain much needed hands-on work experience, mentoring from one of our many small business partners within these areas, a Cash Stipend after completing apprenticeship experience, and Workbase Learning Hours towards their high school graduation requirement.
