Dress for Success Columbia

The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success Columbia does much more than simply provide a new outfit. Besides physically equipping women with apparel and accessories, our programs furnish women with a confidence that she carries forever and the knowledge that she can actively define her life, the direction she takes and what success means to her.

Dress for Success Columbia offers the following programs:
1. Style image coaches: will work with our client to help her choose appropriate business attire and how to approach an interview. Interview and Employment Suiting (Complete interview
outfits, including shoes and accessories, and a working wardrobe, up to five outfits, when a woman gets a job).
2. Career Center: a fully equipped business center and free resources for clients to learn how to use the Internet, email, and social media as job search tools (resume and cover-letter writing,
and interview preparation).
3. Professional Training and Workshops: on workplace communications, career advancement, financial literacy, and health and wellness (Topics include "Are You Job Ready", "Skills to Live By",
"Importance of Soft Skills", "Acing Your Interviews")
