Crime Stoppers of the Midlands, Inc

Midlands Crime Stoppers provides a secure process for the Richland and Lexington County communities to give information to law enforcement while remaining anonymous. Tipsters are offered a cash reward up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest. Crime Stoppers is also utilized by Law Enforcement to help locate missing persons. The reward is offered to incentivize those who would otherwise be reluctant to come forward with information due to apathy or fear of reprisal.

Midlands Crime Stoppers relies on cooperation between the COMMUNITY, the MEDIA, and LAW ENFORCEMENT to provide a flow of information about crimes, fugitives, suspicious activity, and missing persons. Tips can be submitted in one of three ways:
