Community Options' mission is to develop housing and employment supports for persons with disabilities. Community Options believes in the dignity of every person, and in the freedom of all people to experience the highest degree of self-determination.

Economic and social independence for people with disabilities is a compelling focus. This can mean finding a job for a person that pays at least minimum wage, assisting a person to become self-employed, finding a home in the community, joining a club or taking a trip. Community Options believes there are four values critical to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families successfully: individual choice; customer satisfaction; person-centered planning; and economic empowerment. These values inspire each service Community Options provides and develops.
