The mission of BYEO is to empower and inspire youth to persevere beyond their limits to achieve goals.

Breathing gives us life, life gives us opportunity, opportunity gives us power to accomplish our goals and desires. We are committed to breathing life into our youth so that they are empowered to breathe into their goals, dreams and ambitions.

Our programs are surrounded with providing enrichment opportunities to youth and their communities. We host day camps, workshops for young adults and parents, and we strive to connect our communities we serve with resources.
