We offer a unique and compassionate approach, rooted in the belief that healing and lasting well-being are attainable for all women, regardless of their background or hardships they have faced.

Louise is passionate about serving others by assisting those facing mental health challenges. She believes that no matter the obstacles of mental illness, addiction, or other disorders, recovery and strength are achievable. Drawing from her own experiences and the powerful lessons she has learned through the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), she brings a wealth of knowledge to her work. Louise's personal journey has been a testament to resilience, and she is dedicated to helping others by sharing her story of recovery. Through this, she hopes to make a positive impact, one life at a time, and help individuals overcome their struggles with addiction and mental health. The vision of AGL is "Empowering women to build lasting personal transformation by providing physical, mental, and spiritual support."
