To promote the optimal health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities in South Carolina and beyond by advancing sexual and reproductive health for all youth and young adults.

Fact Forward envisions a world where all youth and young adults are healthy and have bright, self-determined futures.? Fact Forward has led the statewide effort to advocate for adolescent reproductive health since 1994. Due in part to our work over the past 30 years, the teen birth rate in South Carolina has declined by 73%, but there's still more work to do. STIs and unintended pregnancies among young adults have increased.
