Town Theatre

Town Theatre's mission is to provide quality, live, family-oriented community theatre to the Midlands and beyond as well as to offer the foundation for those who wish to participate on stage or backstage. As we close out our 105th season and look toward the 106th, we continue to maintain our founder's intent of being a theatre OF the community, BY the community and FOR the community. Everyone is welcome at Town!

Annually we support five main-stage productions from September to May. We also produce a summer show which is generally geared toward young people. Town Theatre is home to a well-developed youth theatre program that has grown incrementally in the last 20 years. Traditional weekly classes result in two youth theatre productions complete with all of the technical elements we have available for our main stage and summer shows. We also have two auditioned troupes (the Town Tweens and the Town Teens) as well as a full complement of summer camp offerings. We estimate that our space is in use 350 days out of the calendar year with productions, rehearsals, classes and camps.
